Witch

I am a witch;
An evil sorceress;
With blood for tears;
And swords for nails.

People run away;
Seeing my very shadow;
Kids scream and shrug;
Every time I lift my eyes.

Darkness is my only attire;
And night, my opulent mansion;
Even the wind seems to fear;
To tread within my sight.

Solitude is my company;
I am the queen of my world;
A world drenched in blood;
A world, cold and dead.

Here I come;
To drink your happiness;
To kill your soul;
To celebrate your slow death.

I love the darkness of night;
When I glide across the sky;
In search of my prey;
Hiding behind the clouds.

I shall cut every vein;
Throbbing inside you;
And drink every drop;
Of your rich, hot blood.

Do not worry my dear;
I shall keep you alive;
Till your last drop of blood;
Quenches my aching thirst.

Then I shall leave;
Leaving you behind;
To decay and rot;
In the company of the night.
